Job Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls.
- Document issues and resolutions.
- Maintain client records by updating account information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals regarding quantitative and qualitative targets.
Requirements:
- Ability to work from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Aged between 18-40, interested in a career in the BPO/KPO industry.
- Team player with the ability to work independently in a multicultural fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in handling outbound calls or prior web-based customer service.
- Fluency in English and Tamil with excellent communication skills.
- Previous travel-related job experience is an added advantage.
