Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries professionally and kindly.
  • Provide information on products and services, including scheduling appointments.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (verbal and written).
