Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals.
Requirements
- Good command of Sinhala and English.
- Age below 35.
- Young and energetic with a pleasing personality.
- Good team player with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle stress.
Education and Qualifications
- Passed GCE A/L or GCE O/L.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and Email.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
