Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, card transactions, and reconciliation of daily sales.
- Maintain records of sales, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with company policies.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide friendly service at checkout.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a cashier in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Age below 30 preferred, with a pleasant and professional appearance.
- Proficient in POS systems, MS Excel, and basic accounting practices.
