Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across multiple channels.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan promotional activities and product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and distributors.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in Catering, Banqueting, or any hospitality sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Results-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS/ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel for business development and client discussions.
