Job Description
Janashakthi Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Manager for our Bancassurance division. This role is crucial in driving sales and fostering relationships with banking partners to enhance our insurance offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the Bancassurance channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions for bank staff to promote insurance products effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and channel effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or channel management, preferably in Bancassurance.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and banking operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales growth.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
