Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese dishes according to our menu standards.
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Contribute to menu development and special promotions.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a Chinese kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Food safety and hygiene certification.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
