Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a Montessori setting.
- Facilitate learning activities that promote children's development.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive community environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children's progress.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children.
Requirements
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education.
- A Certificate in Child Caregiver NVQ Level 4.
- Certificate in Information Technology preferred.
- A good command of the English language.
- Passion for education and a commitment to the Montessori philosophy.
- Previous experience in a Montessori classroom is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
