Key Responsibilities
- Oversee civil construction, maintenance, and renovation projects within the factory premises.
- Plan, design, and supervise structural and infrastructure works ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and progress updates for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in industrial, factory, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management, structural design, and AutoCAD/engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
