Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
