Responsibilities
- Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, and appetizers according to recipes and standards.
- Assist in the daily operations of the cold kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Support senior chefs in menu planning and ingredient sourcing.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary arts.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
