About Us
Mister Oyster is Sri Lanka's first Oyster Bar Restaurant, known for its fresh seafood and vibrant atmosphere. We are currently seeking passionate Commi Chefs for our Thalpe & Unawatuna restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes, focusing on seafood.
- Ensure high standards of food preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to menu development and special events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Commi Chef or in a similar role.
- Qualification in the fine Culinary Arts from a recognized institute.
- Knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles, especially seafood.
- Attention to detail to ensure the highest quality in food preparation and presentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse team.
- Aged between 25-35 years.
- Must reside within city limits (Galle, Unawatuna, Ahangama, etc.).
