About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic chefs to join our team at Radicle. This is a full-service kitchen role where all team members will be trained and expected to learn food preparation, plating, cleaning, receiving stock, and assisting in daily kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in food preparation and plating.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Receive and organize stock efficiently.
- Support senior chefs and follow instructions.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Experience is an advantage, but enthusiasm to learn and a strong work ethic are most important.
- Trainees are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a team and support senior chefs.
- Punctual, organized, and efficient with time management.
- High performers may progress to Chef de Partie and beyond.
