Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food presentation.
- Participate in inventory management and stock control.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role, preferably in Indian cuisine.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques.
