Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company and products to international clientele.
- Develop and promote the company and products on electronic platforms.
- Attend international events and canvas sales.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Drive the team to source materials required for trading.
Qualifications and Experience
- Outstanding personality.
- Excellent business writing skills.
- Sufficient tertiary educational qualifications.
- At least 3 years of trading experience in the agriculture field and business development.
- Ability to develop PR with Farmer Clusters and manage supply chain.
- High level of self-confidence, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on business turnovers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good relationships with customers from the spices and natural ingredients sector.
- Ability to research and analyze markets and generate new leads.
