Responsibilities
- Represent the organization at all levels and provide high-quality service to customers as a brand ambassador.
- Display courtesy through professional customer service for guests and owners.
- Handle guests'/owners' requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
- Ensure a sufficiently manned Front Desk counter as a team player.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and a commitment to a "can do" attitude.
- Take on challenges as a self-motivator.
Requirements
- Sound educational background (High School and/or vocational training).
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or rostered operation.
- Passion for customer service.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; ability to converse in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and soft skills for efficient operations.
