Available Positions
- Project Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Chartered preferred) recognized by IESL
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience
- On-site construction work, budgeting and cost control, scheduling and resource planning
- Managing subcontractors and vendors, coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients
- Age below 50 years
- Site Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum 3 years of similar experience
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality control on site
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Age below 40 years
- Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor's Degree in QS or Diploma in Quantity Surveying preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction/engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software packages
- Age below 35 years
- Technical Officer
- NCT, Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar qualification preferred
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in construction
- Proven ability to lead small teams or work independently
- Age below 40 years
- Project Coordinator
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred (Should be recognized by IESL)
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role preferred
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Age below 40 years
- Site Supervisor
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in construction
- Proven ability to lead small teams or work independently
- Age below 40 years
