Position Overview
The Mahaweli Consultancy Bureau (MCB) is seeking qualified and dynamic Engineers for short-term consultancy support under the Climate Resilient Integrated Water Management Project (CRIWMP). This role involves project-related assignments and assistance to existing engineers.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy services under CRIWMP.
- Assist existing engineers with project tasks.
- Conduct field visits as required.
- Utilize AI tools effectively in project execution.
- Document project progress and findings.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BSc).
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) with excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to utilize AI tools effectively.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary settings.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and undertake field visits when required.
Age Limit
Applicants must be below 32 years of age as of 01st October 2025.
Remuneration
