About the Role
Ernst & Young is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to join our Business Consulting team in Colombo. In this role, you will lead projects that drive business transformation and provide strategic insights to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business consulting or project management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects and managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
