Job Profile
- Handle a high volume of phone calls to contact delinquent customers and manage correspondence.
- Negotiate repayment deadlines and track payments, including handling repeated calls if necessary.
- Assist customers in resolving collection issues and discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts effectively.
- Perform additional tasks to support assigned branches as needed.
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
Candidate Profile
- Process with G.C.E O/L & G.C.E A/L.
- Aged between 21 and 28 years.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in computer literacy and email.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A strong team player with positive interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a contact center is an added advantage.
