Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Course Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will guide prospective students in selecting the right courses that align with their career goals and interests.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized course guidance to prospective students.
- Conduct informational sessions and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of course offerings and industry trends.
- Assist students with the enrollment process and required documentation.
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Track and report on student enrollment metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Prior experience in an advisory or customer service role is a plus.
- Passion for education and helping others succeed.
