Job Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas based on internal department briefs.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with internal teams and agencies.
- Guide agencies on campaign, video, and commercial production directions.
- Design and develop marketing collateral (EDMs, brochures, hoardings, press ads, company materials).
- Adapt and resize agency artwork to optimize costs.
- Prepare and release final artwork for print, outdoor, and digital display use.
- Create digital assets for the website and social media platforms.
- Conduct photoshoots, source and edit images for internal and external use.
- Produce and edit videos, including 2D animations, for multiple platforms.
- Handle post-production edits for third-party videos to meet company needs.
Person Specifications
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, InDesign).
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
