Customer Care Executive
Job Purpose
To manage customer communication and coordination between the sales team and factories, ensuring smooth order processing, timely deliveries, effective complaint handling, and support for sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with group sales teams and production units to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor order status and update customers on production and delivery schedules.
- Collect, update, and analyze sales and customer data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service reports.
- Manage and follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Support marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and provide improvement insights to management.
- Assist in e-marketing initiatives and customer communication programs.
- Support debtor collection follow-ups and reporting in coordination with sales and finance teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Customer Relations, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in Customer Service or Marketing will be an advantage.
Experience
- 1-3 years' experience in customer care, sales coordination, or order processing.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, steel, or cable industry will be a strong advantage.
- Experience coordinating with factories or production teams is preferred.
