Responsibilities
- Manage customer calls and record complaints.
- Handle parts inquiries and maintain the complaint register.
- Share important updates with SFAS.
- Manage product repairs and update jobs in the SIS system.
- Send reminders for uncollected items and prepare invoices, delivery notes, and AC service updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse/service centers for parts requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards.
Requirements
- Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) Examinations.
- Diploma in Business Management or Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of ERP is an added advantage.
- Effective written communication skills.
- Strong skills in MS Office packages, especially Excel and Word.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Aged between 19 to 25 years.
