Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding imports and exports.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and customer interactions.
- Provide timely updates to customers on their shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- G.C.E. (O/L) qualification.
- Good command of English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping or freight forwarding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
