Customer Support Associate
Job Responsibilities
- Provide timely & effective support to customers via phone/email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimations for customers based on their specific needs and requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare reports as per the superiors’ requirements.
Job Requirements
- G.C.E. O/L with a related certificate level qualification.
- Sound problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Good verbal communication skills (Sinhala/English).
- Basic computer literacy including the MS Office package.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
