Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality Western dishes.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff.
- Contribute to menu planning and development of new recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a Western cuisine kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
