Digital Marketing - Executive
Chem Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a sister company of Harris and Menuk (Pvt) Ltd, incorporated in Sri Lanka in 1978. We are a multifaceted trading company operating in Sri Lanka, India, and Bangladesh, with chemicals and dyes being an integral part of our business portfolio. Due to rapidly expanding operations, we are currently looking for a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive at our Colombo 11 office.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to enhance brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop visually appealing and engaging content (graphics, captions, videos, and stories).
- Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages, and foster relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in the chemicals and industrial sectors.
- Monitor social media metrics and prepare performance reports to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and digital collaborations.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and propose innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work with internal teams to ensure digital activities align with overall marketing goals.
Candidate Profile
- A recent graduate in Marketing, with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
