Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with top travel agencies, tour operators, luxury suppliers, and clients.
  • Follow quality standards and SOPs to ensure excellent service.
  • Handle VIP requests and difficult complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with mid to high-end tour operators from the European market.
  • Grow and maintain customer and agent portfolios through trust and clear communication.
  • Oversee the full client journey from planning to after-travel follow-up.
  • Prepare budgets, track profits, and manage costs for better client value.
  • Supervise operations such as luxury hotel bookings and special arrangements.
  • Lead crisis support during travel changes, emergencies, or unexpected issues.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Proven ability to create high-end, tailor-made itineraries.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in travel software and digital platforms for itinerary planning.
  • Well-versed in global travel trends, especially in European markets.
  • A proactive team player with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
