Job Profile
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our company and support our electrical operations. The successful candidate will:
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company procedures.
- Lead, guide, and monitor electricians and helpers to ensure work is completed on time and to the required quality.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other cross-functional departments for smooth operations.
- Inspect electrical work, identify faults, and carry out troubleshooting where necessary.
- Maintain proper records related to electrical work and equipment.
- Be a result-oriented individual capable of working with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Job Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 or above qualification in Electrical.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as an Electrical Foreman or Senior Electrician.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety standards and workplace safety regulations.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing or construction environments will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage workers and meet deadlines effectively.
