EMO Technical Manager
Job Description
- Lead engineering activities and project implementation at EMO sites.
- Drive productivity, cost-saving, and technical development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and human rights standards.
- Manage and deliver infrastructure and technical projects on time and within budget.
- Prepare sites for HRRB audits and address audit findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project approvals and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in technical/project management within FMCG.
- Experience with HRRB compliance and remote site management.
- Expertise in project management, value engineering, and productivity improvement.
- Commercial awareness in budgeting and project estimation.
