ZPMC Lanka Company is a BOI approved company and a joint venture with Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Company Limited. We are seeking a Young, Energetic, and Self-Motivated candidate to fill the below positions in our company.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair on engines and machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements
For Engine Technician:
- NVQ level 3/4 or higher technical qualification in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Hands-on experience with engines from brands like Caterpillar, Cummins, and Volvo.
- Previous experience in the port industry or heavy equipment operation license is a plus.
- Age above 25 years.
For Mechanical Technician:
- NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Hands-on experience in hydraulic, millwright fitting, or heavy machinery maintenance.
- Previous experience in the port industry or heavy equipment operation license is a plus.
- Age above 25 years.
