Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for MEP projects.
- Evaluating drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accurate costing.
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to obtain pricing and technical details.
- Supporting project and sales teams with accurate and timely estimates.
- Maintaining cost databases and records for future reference.
Other Requirements
- Knowledge of MEP systems and related materials.
- Proficiency in computers and MS Office-based applications.
- Ability to work with numbers accurately and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English & Sinhala (written & oral).
- Age below 30 years.
