Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end school enrollment process, from inquiry to registration.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support onboarding.
- Participate in promotional activities, open days, and school events.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Internal Eligibility
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in student counseling, customer service, or educational enrollments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
