Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for parents and students.
- Guide families through the school enrollment process.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Keep records updated using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (experience in education is an advantage).
- Good communication and people skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
