Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment in the factory.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical operations to minimize downtime.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and safety standards.
- Provide technical support for new installations and automation projects.
- Lead and guide technical staff to achieve departmental objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry experience will be an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, machinery, and automation.
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
