Job Description

Earl’s Court is seeking dedicated and experienced professionals for the positions of Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager, and Food & Beverage Manager to join our vibrant team in Colombo. If you have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Executive Housekeeper: Oversee housekeeping operations, manage staff, ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Front Office Manager: Manage front desk operations, supervise staff, handle guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Food & Beverage Manager: Oversee dining operations, manage menu planning, ensure high-quality service, and maintain inventory control.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in hospitality management is a plus.
