Responsibilities
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of HR-related functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- 1-2 years of HR/administrative experience will be an advantage.
- Both Male and Female candidates are preferred.
