Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify workforce needs and drive recruitment and selection processes.
- Support employee training and development initiatives, track learning progress, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage HRIS updates and ensure data accuracy, maintaining up-to-date employee information.
- Oversee payroll, manpower planning, and cost reporting to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Enhance employee engagement by addressing grievances, leading initiatives, and conducting exit interviews.
- Deliver HR services in a digitalized environment efficiently.
- Travel to multiple locations and work flexible hours as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent (CIPM/SHRM).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and familiarity with digital HR systems (HRIS) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of labor laws, health & safety standards, and HR best practices.
