Responsibilities
- Work independently to manage IT requirements across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain network systems and support the installation and configuration of computer systems.
- Adopt new technologies as needed.
- Utilize excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong management and communication skills.
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an IT Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking and M365 Portal.
- Ability to work independently and manage IT requirements for multiple locations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
