Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
