Job Role
- Present, promote, and sell freight and logistics services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Highly motivated, self-oriented, and target-driven.
- Excellent communication, PR, and negotiation skills.
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales or marketing in any sector (For Executive grade).
- Minimum academic qualification is A/L.
- Professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing / Customer Service would be an added advantage.
