Job Description

BCAS Campus is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive for Student Recruitment in Kandy. Join our team and help shape the future of education by attracting and enrolling students into our programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies.
  • Engage with prospective students and provide them with information about courses and programs.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with potential students.
  • Achieve set recruitment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institution.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance visibility and outreach.

Requirements

  • Possess a Degree in Marketing, Management, CIM, SLIM, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the private higher education sector.
  • Result-oriented, dynamic, and persuasive personality with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil (fluency in Tamil is mandatory).
  • Proven track record in lead follow-up and achieving set targets.
