Responsibilities
- Guide children in developing their artistic and practical skills through our evolving curriculum.
- Ensure daily care of children while following high care safety standards.
- Employ a variety of educational techniques (e.g., storytelling, educational play, media) to engage children.
- Communicate regularly with parents to maintain good relationships with families.
- Track children’s progress and provide written reports and evaluations to parents.
- Collaborate effectively with other educators and supervisors.
Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken English is a must.
- A confident, competent, and sociable individual with high energy and a calm demeanor.
- Experienced Educators: Minimum 2-4 years of teaching experience in a play-based preschool (a degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education is an advantage).
- Trainee Educators: No experience or qualification required.
- Great communication and instructional skills.
- Excellent team player.
- Must have a warm, smiling face that makes every child feel special.
- Age between 18-40.
