Job Description

Emerald Bay Resort Mirissa is seeking a friendly and organized Experienced Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Manage reservations and handle inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain an organized front desk and ensure all guest requests are addressed promptly.
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.

Requirements
