Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Export Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in international markets, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our export business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new export markets and sales opportunities for coconut-based products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the food or agricultural sector.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
