Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in farm management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and crop management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Proficient in farm management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
