Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounts payable and receivable processes, optimizing cash flow and improving operational efficiency.
- Proactively and reactively perform tasks related to finance management.
- Suggest and avoid misleading practices for the company.
- Finalize job roles with agreed time plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance strategy with business objectives.
- Safeguard stakeholder integrity.
- Head and lead the finance team.
- Deal with various stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications Required
- Full or part qualifications in CA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent.
- Degree from a recognized university with 2 or more years of experience in accounting.
- Enthusiastic personality with excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Proficient in handling MS Office software.
