Finance Executive
Job Role
- Analyze financial information to assist business profitability and growth.
- Gather and analyze financial information for internal use.
- Make forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Provide accurate management reporting for key decision-making.
- Produce month-end and year-end journals.
- Prepare statutory and management accounts.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and planning process.
- Manage capital expenditure.
- Produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team.
- Review accounting processes to improve financial operations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive, Accounting Supervisor, or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and reporting.
- Strong risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Proficient in financial software, ERP, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Part or full qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CMA or CGMA) is preferred.
