Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate salary disbursements.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional qualifications such as CIMA/ACCA/CA will be an advantage).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of finance/accounting experience (experience in BPO/call center industry preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
